Configuration

Customization options

The variable BeeLight module offers different possibilities to customize it, to make it perfect for your project. Exactly this customization is our strength. This unique system adapts to all kinds of requirements. Diverse beam angles ensure the illumination of tough spots and can even highlight them. The different Light colours can be warm and comforting or make a workplace safe and bright. The variance of different connections stabilizes the BeeLights or makes them even more flexible. All BeeLight modules are made for the best customisation for your requirements.

Module structure

The BeeLight modules are made of high quality components. The configuration takes place in Germany, like the quality control. The Priority always lies on the quality and the special requests of our customers. If you have any questions, don’t hesitate to ask us!

The Beam angle and the light colour

There are the modules in four correspondingly different beam angles: Spot 17° and 45°, surface radiators 90° and 120°. Within a module combination, the beam angles can be used mixed.

The importance of the right angle

Spot 17°

Due to its small beam angle, the Spot 17° is suited for the ideal lighting of small areas and individual objects.

Spot 45°

The 45° beam angle combines two functions. It is suitable for punctual lighting, but it also has the capability to unite it with the illumination of a larger area.
verbindet. Dieser Abstrahlwinkel zeichnet sich ebenfalls durch einen geringen Blendeffekt aus.

Floodlight 90°

The Floodlight 90° allows the evenly illumination of a larger area.

Floodlight 120°

The beam angle of the 120° Floodlight is ideal for base lighting, because of the maximal illumination power.

The Light colour

You can receive any single module in your chosen light colour.

sonnenlichtähnlich bezeichnen.

RGB

Another part of the configuration is the RGB lighting. It is mostly used for changing color accents or for event lighting.

The Connections.

The sturdy and waterproof connection, both at the supply/inlet and at the modules themselves, is very important to us. Different connection examples:

Connection cable

The connection cable 48V (module to module) is available in different lengths: 0,78m, 1m, 2m.

Clipholder/ moveable Connector

The “moveable Clipholder” serves the connection of two modules, where you can adjust the angle.

Clipholder/ Connector

The clipholder serves the solid and rigid connection of two modules.

Connector diamond

The connector "diamond" makes it possible to establish a stable connection between different modules.

Basic configurations.

The hexagonal honeycomb shape can be used to create almost any desired configuration. There are appropriate transformers and brackets to match the shape.

The MS Highlight

In the following Video you will see the luminosity of the BeeLight-module in interaction with the quick an easy build up of the MS Highlight.

Characteristics

Expandability

The modules can be adapted to various application areas because of their expandability.

One transformer needed

Because of the need of only one Transformer for the BeeLight modules, you save a lot of material costs.

Connection capabilities

Special union joints allow flexible connections between various modules. Thus the beam angles can be expanded.

Easy installation

With only four screws, two modules will get coupled. It is just as easy to connect the transformer and other light sources to the module.

Reach

The 48 Volt operating voltage allows longer distances between the modules. Thus, with the connecting cables a distance of 1 to 2 meters can be bridged.

Variable beam angles

You have the choice of four different beam angles: 17 °, 45 °, 90 ° and 120 °. The smaller the angle, the higher the lighting concentration on a small area. The larger angles provide for a further, but not so intense illumination of the environment.

Heat management

The excellent heat protection and an all around optimal heat management ensure the longevity of the installed Philips or Nichia LED-chips.

Robust construction

The robust construction and stabile Shape ensure in connection with the water resistance, a good protected product. Thus, the modules can also be used under difficult (weather-) conditions.

Each Lamp is only as good as its Driver.

That's why we recommend and install Meanwell drivers.

It’s about the right voltage. kommt es an.

For an even distribution of the voltage, we use Y-shaped connection cables for larger module combinations. This guarantees the best performance of each module even in a larger combination.
In the BeeLight modular system, the number of transformers required results from the design. Particularly important is a solid, waterproof connection between the transformer and the modules, which fulfil the IP65 standard.
